By using any webpage belonging to DAMM, the user implicitly accepts all current conditions of access and usage at the time of access. The DAMM reserves their right to modify these General Conditions at any time.
All webpage content of DAMM (including, text, audio, video, software design and logos) form part of the Intellectual and/or Industrial Property rules and regulations. Content rights belong to DAMM or, if the case should be, to a third party. Access to DAMM’s webpage under any circumstances implies grant, transmission or any type of waiver of Intellectual and/or Industrial Property rights.
The User may not under any circumstances, modify or omit existing identification data of DAMM’s rights or of a third party regarding content. DAMM is not responsible for any damage to the user’s software or hardware that as a result of accessing the webpages of DAMM or use of information or applications contained therein.
DAMM does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness or accuracy of information or services contained in its webpages, and may update, modify or delete them without any notice, respecting, in any case, the legal provisions of information.
DAMM does not guarantee that the content of their webpages will be suitable or available outside Spain. The User is also advised that, in order to exercise access, modification, opposition and cancellation rights granted herein, he/she must contact by email through the website: http://dauradamm.com/ or send a written appeal to DAMM to the following address: S.A. Damm, Marketing Department, C/ Rosselló nº 515, 08025 Barcelona. This appeal must include the following data: User’s first name and surname, address for notification purpose, a photocopy of the ID or Passport, and the request being made. In the event of representation, this must be proved by means of a reliable and irrefutable document.
All matters concerning the website of DAMM shall be governed by Spanish law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
The User must be legally eligible age-wise to access the content on offer.
Users must register themselves by entering their “user name” and “password” which they can use to identify themselves whenever they wish to participate in contests, promotions, etc., offered by DAMM.
In accordance to the current Spanish legislation on personal data protection, DAMM hereby informs the User of the existence of an automated personal data file created by, and under the responsibility of DAMM, with the purpose of performing the tasks of information handling, training and marketing of the products and/or services offered by DAMM, and in case of granting us permission, so that its group of companies in the food sector, treats them with the same purpose.

The written request must necessarily contain the following information: User name and surname, address for correspondence, photocopy of National Identity Card or Passport, and of course full specific details of the request. DAMM is committed to fulfilling its obligation of maintaining the confidentiality of the personal data and its duty to safeguard them, and to take the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access, bearing in mind current technology.
The User expressly consents to the transfer of personal data contained in the file to all other companies of the DAMM. Such transfers may only be for the purpose of carrying out information tasks, training and commercialization of the products developed and / or distributed by DAMM and in case of granting us permission, so that its group of companies in the food sector, treats them with the same purpose.
The User furthermore authorizes, under current legislation, all processing of data movement for purposes of their own commercial activity.
DAMM notifies the User that their profile can be analysed to find content that is of interest, using profiling techniques. In compliance with the current regulations in force the User’s permission is required in order to carry out this particular data processing. To this end, a box has been facilitated which must be checked by the User to provide their consent.
DAMM during the registration process of data collection, in fulfilment with the Information and E-commerce Services Act (LSSI), will in any case ask Users to provide their consent so that DAMM can use their data to send information and advertisements via email or equivalent such as SMS (TEXT) on mobile phones.

DAMM does not carry out checks on the accuracy of the data provided, meaning that all data entered by the User will be accepted, regardless of it being true or not.
In the event that User choses a derogatory word, name or expression that is not acceptable to DAMM as an alias, DAMM reserves the right to not admit.
